It is up to the discretion of the Midnight Pages Crate Team whether a refund or return is warranted. If you already own the book that has been included in this Crate, unfortunately, you are not eligible for a refund. If however, there is an issue with one of the products in the Crate, please contact us.

• Australia - $15.00AUD
• New Zealand - $29.50

• PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT DELIVER TO PARCEL LOCKERS OR POST OFFICE BOXES. IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS, PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL DISCUSS SHIPPING OPTIONS 
• If you would like tracked shipping to New Zealand, please contact us and we will organise this for you.
• If you are ordering past boxes or other items, Midnight Pages Crate organise two pick up days for the couriers, Monday and Thursday. For your order to be included in these pick up times, you must place your order before 5pm AEST the day before the pick up. 
• If you are ordering multiple boxes/products to the same address (whether you are purchasing past boxes/items or multiple subscriptions), we may be able to put all the items in one box to save you on shipping costs. This will depend on a few factors but you can always contact us to see if this a possibility.
